Please join me for a 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course!
Are you curious about mindfulness meditation and interested in integrating a practice in your life? As Summer comes to a close and we strive for a little more structure and routine, join me and come together to learn and implement new rituals that support this transition… This introductory program will help create a better understanding of the foundational mindfulness principles, as well as allow you to establish, and develop a mindfulness meditation practice of your own. In this course we will explore together the ‘what, why, and how’ of mindfulness meditation. Each class will focus on one of the mindfulness principles and we will dive deeper into each pillar. The session will include conceptual teaching, guided practice as well as dialogue exchange and sharing of personal reflections. We will also have time for spontaneous questions and responses. It will be intimate, interactive and nourishing!

I will be holding an intimate day retreat here in the city – join me! A day of mindful connection. A day of slowing down in community. A day of being together.
As we return to our fast-paced life after a warm summer daze, we can often go right into autopilot; let’s take a few moments in supportive community to slow down together. We will gather, catch our breath, and pause to deepen our awareness. I call it a little ‘tending to our minds, hearts and bodies’. This day retreat will be an opportunity to check in with yourself, in a group setting. There are no big goals, or intentions apart from being, slowing down, and reflecting as the space allows. During this day-long retreat we will explore the themes of self-compassion and love – through meditation, conversation, movement and writing. We will follow a flexible agenda that will integrate different mindful practices leaving you with useful takeaways to bring into your daily life as you wish.
